Buck Woodcraft offers a wide selection of  marine lumber, marine plastics and composites--as well as custom woodworking  services and an expanding line of marine products for boaters in the Florida Keys or wherever you happen to be.

My name is John Arbuckle and, yes, that's me pictured on the left. I started Buck Woodcraft in 1995 as a source of custom woodworking services for the Marathon boating community, and we've grown steadily ever since.  Our offerings now include a sizeable inventory of teak, mahogany and other marine lumber as well as exotic and domestic lumber  -- all at prices that are very competitive.

We've also expanded beyond woodworking materials and services, and now offer standard and anti-skid King Starboard, PVC, and cast acrylic. In addition, Buck Woodcraft offers custom fabrication services using these materials. And we've begun producing specialty marine products of our own design, such as fish cleaning tables, our Nautilus line of installation-ready boat doors, enclosures and Nautilus rail chocks for dinghies, PWCs and the like.

And back in 2005, we took delivery of a brand new CNC router. I guess this means I'm finally residing in the 21st Century -- actually using computer-controlled tools. The more uses we've found for the CNC, the more good things it's done for our customers: More accurate and efficient production of complex projects, in less time. We are not Home Depot.  Nothing against Home Depot, but what sets Buck Woodcraft apart from big chain stores is that we focus on specialized products and services for customers with specialized needs.   That means we have in-depth knowledge about the things we sell, and we pay a lot of attention to making sure our customers are satisfied.

Some of my customers know exactly what they need, and have all the skills and tools necessary to work with the materials they buy. Others need advice about the kinds of materials they should use, or need help completing marine-related projects. Either way, Buck Woodcraft can help--from supplying hard-to-find materials to milling lumber ...designing, assembling and installing custom components...or upgrading and refitting entire boat interiors.
