Man has searched for the
ideal fish cleaning table almost from the beginning of recorded history.
This lack of the perfect place for filleting fish has always nagged at
me, like an important chore left undone. So I decided Buck Woodcraft
would design and manufacture a fish cleaning table that combines style with the
practicality and endurance required of any serious dock accessory. A fish
cleaning station that can live happily outside year after year--enduring rain,
sun, salt, snow, seagull poop, and the dark of night without any
need for maintenance. In short, a fish cleaning table for the ages.
To Own A Buck Woodcraft Fish Cleaning Table.
1.
It's Rugged. Our fish cleaning tables are built to last. We begin with an aluminum base
incorporating thick-walled tubular and flat-stock sections welded into strong
but light support sections. The table's working surface is
3/4" King Starboard measuring 54" x over 23", anchored to the
base
with large stainless steel fasteners isolated from the aluminum frame with a
Teflon-based anticorrosive compound. The end result is a very strong structure
that will give you many years of trouble-free service under the harshest
conditions.

2. No Rust, No Stains. The combination of King Starboard, welded aluminum and isolated stainless steel fasteners ensures your fish cleaning table will look good year after year. Fish blood, entrails (even the inevitable sea gull poop) will not stain the Starboard table top. And the welded aluminum frame will simply take on a film of surface oxidation that requires no attention other than

It's Easy On Your Knives. The King Starboard table top makes an excellent cutting surface
that won't take the edge off your filet knives like
Corian or stainless steel.

ends and across the back of the table, so your knives are always handy without
being in the way.

6. You Can Really Have It Your Way. in our shop, then break it down and package the top and legs in two separate
boxes for shipping. This helps protect
the table -- and putting the whole thing together at your end takes only a large phillips' head
screwdriver and five or ten minutes of your time.
